To the Registrar appointed by act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Leases
and so forth in Ireland.

A Memorial of an Indented deed of Lease bearing date the Fourth day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty Eight
and made between Edward JOYNT of Rathkeale in the County of Limerick
Gentleman of the one part and Joseph HANNAN of Mount Saint Lawrence in the
County of Limerick Gentleman of the other part Witnessed that the said
Edward JOYNT for the considerations therein mentioned demised unto the said
Joseph HANNAN All That and Those that part of the Lands of Cappavilla
containing one hundred and thirteen acres Irish plantation measure unto the
said Joseph HANNAN his heirs and assigns from the Twenty ninth day of
September then last past For Ever subject to the yearly lump rent of one
hundred and sixty nine pounds ten shillings payable half yearly on the
twenty fifth day of March and twenty ninth day of September in each and
every year as therein mentioned said Indenture of Lease contains other
covenants and as to the execution thereof and of this Memorial respectively
by the said Edward JOYNT and Joseph HANNAN is respectively witnessed by
Jonas BLACKALL and Joseph MURPHY both of George Street in the City of
Limerick Solicitor. (signed) Edward JOYNT Joseph HANNAN

Signed sealed and delivered by the said parties in presence of us (signed)
Jonas BLACKALL and Joseph MURPHY

Jonas BLACKALL of Georges Street in the City of Limerick Solicitor maketh
Oath and Saith that he this Deponent is a Subscribing Witness to the Lease
of which the foregoing is a Memorial and also to said Memorial and Deponent
Saith that he saw said Lease and Memorial respectively duly executed by
Edward JOYNT and Joseph HANNAN the Lessor and Lessee in said Lease and
Memorial respectively named and Deponent saith that the name Jonas BLACKALL
appearing as a Subscribing Witness to said Lease and Memorial respectively
is this Deponents proper name and handwriting.

I certify the above memorial contains one Grantor one Denomination and six
folios (signed) Jonas BLACKALL.

Sworn before me this 6th day of January 1868 at Limerick in the County of
the City of Limerick a Commissioner of Her Majestys Courts of Common Law in
Ireland for taking affidavits at said County of said City in said County and
I know Deponent. (signed) John DONNELLAN.

CHRISTOPHER5 JOYNT (HUGH4, DUDLEY3, CHRISTOPHER2, WILLIAM1) died November
04, 1809 in Rathkeale,Limerick,Ireland.  He married SUSANNA DARTNELL Bef.
December 11, 1792.

Tallow Chandler and shopkeeper of Rathkeale
Called "late shopkeeper of Rathkeale" when his widow Susanna assigned to
William Dartnell of Rathkeale in 1817 the lease of 1800 under which
Christopher Rose of Rathkeale let unto said Christopher Joynt, and that
Christopher Joynt "since died and his last will and testament bequeathed to
his said wife, Susanna Joynt..."
